Bit of History 2.

• We have experienced the status of series supplier and we have shipped Intarder gear to ZFH to assembly line
for 2 years. Because of 2 main reasons we have decided to give back the produciton of this beautiful part: rapid
increase in Quantity and the effect of series work to our very well educated and experienced Colleagues in production
area.

• We have well qualified workers with long years of experience in the field of production of gears and geared parts. The
young colleagues (just after the Technical Secondary School of University) and continiusly developed to be able to
replace anyone in the production. We believe in the job enrichment as a form of long-term motivation. (Education
Matrix)
• We have a long term agreement and Co-operation with the Technical University of Budapest for further
developing the final year Engineers by giving them a real workplace to try their talent, to make them able to put the
Theory into real work. There are always 1-2 Students from the Technical University of Budapest, who choose us
to support them by giving a Theme for their Final Project Report and knowledge to put the Theory into life.

• We are present by our Clients in all processes that support not just the production of their dream, but to create
together someting that will be more than satisfactory to the End Client. We are in the same boat and we like when
our Customers feel the same way.
• We gave back the production of the Series work by full support: with technology, including the built-up of
an internal gear grinding machine to ZF Hungary that is used now since 4 years in 3 shifts without any
problems.
