Systematic development

Higher punctionality - avoid and eliminate the effects of heat treatment deformation (WoWs)
– Pfauter combi machine – one step milling and shaping external and internal gear. (higher runout quality)
– Internal gear grinding software and machine for our own use (2014) – diameter from 40-250mm.
– OKUMA LB3000 – with gear hobbing software (2014) – this development contributes to higher runout quality as
the turning and the gearing can be made with one clamping.
– With Klingelnberg Viper 500W type of Profile and Generating and Internal Gear Grinding machine (straight and
helical internal gear grinding from 100-500mm) it is able to grind in DIN Q3 with any modifications
– Klingelnberg 400 SK gear profile grinding machine (extra small diameter of grinding wheel)
– OKUMA MU4000VL – 5 axis with complete gear manufacturing pack (skiving, hobbing..)
During the calculation of the production time we consider the need of the customers, and we try to satisfy it at the
possibly highest level. We like challanges, almost impossible means a positive way of motivation for our Team.

We wish not only to follow the trends but to be pioneers in certain areas to keep our position and meet our personal expectations,
therefore we are always focusing in bringing new technologies, products into our portfolio. We made special investments
realising the borning expectations coming with the boom of the e-mobility:

• New technologies and products (skiving, face gear, bevel gears) – started about 4 years ago – supporeted by the investment
in OKUMA MULTUS B200II – Multifunctional machine with skiving and hobbing function – 2022.

• Small modules, small dimensions in ground outcome – our own internal, exterenal gear grinding machine and not
investments with Kapp KS260 SHS and Nidec ZI20A High-efficiency, high precision internal and external gear grinding
machine – 2022.
• Give Designers valid feedback in the phase of small series production and new ideas what is reachable technology in real life
• Not just to keep but to increase the level of measuring capabilities (Wenzel WGT, Gleason gear measuring machines and
Mitutoyo 3coordinates ultraprecision machine, conturograph, height measuring machine, surface measuring devices)
